Print focus cards

Scanning a card starts a focus session. It works whether or not the person has the app — without it they are sent to install, and the session is still waiting afterwards. No extra hardware.

QR library missing. Drop a copy of qrcode-generator (MIT) at /vendor/qrcode.js. Cards are rendering with placeholders until then — deliberately, so an unscannable code never reaches a wall.

Include an “until” card Resolves to the next time the clock reads this, so a card scanned after it means tomorrow.
